Brights Farm Lodge is one of the most stunning farm cottages in Suffolk with ample space for entertaining inside and out, surrounded by spacious enclosed lawns with trees and farmland. Located on a working farm in Bramfield and granting guests access to certain areas, this homely lodge has a rural location, yet it is close to many local attractions. This property is perfect for a mixed group and has two flexible bedrooms so you can choose the best sleeping arrangements for your party.

Inside the lodge, there is a comfortable and cosy lounge that has exposed brickwork and underfloor heating with doors leading out to the garden. The lounge is joined with the kitchen/diner where there is enough room for everyone to gather around after enjoying a day of exploring the beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is also a ground-floor shower room and two downstairs bedrooms: one king-size and a flexible room with the option to be a super-king size or a twin; this room has an en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. When you head out to the garden, there is a dining space with a parasol for added shade in the summer months, and a terrace and lawn area enclosed by a fence so you can allow your dogs to run around.

Inside the property, there is a sprawling open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a French opening out to the enclosed garden. In the lounge, there is a Smart TV and plenty of soft seating creating a comfortable space to relax and enjoy spending time with your loved ones. Ideal for families, this property has three bedrooms, two with their own Smart TVs and en-suites and one with a separate family bathroom.

The Cow Shed is a bright, converted farm building with modern interiors, beamed ceilings and generously sized rooms. The charm of this property comes from certain features, such as dramatic beams, being retained from the original farm building, which adds to the magic of the stay. The village of Yoxford is a characterful place which is well worth exploring, with architecture dating back to the 14th century and a plethora of pretty parkland. This property is one of the best farm cottages in Suffolk for a romantic getaway.

Inside, The Cow Shed has an open-plan living space creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere with natural light pouring in through the windows. There is a comfortable sofa for two with a footstall, creating the perfect place to kick back, relax and get lost in a good book. The kitchen is in pretty pastel colours with an island that doubles as a breakfast bar for serving food, in addition, there is a glass-topped table for more formal dining occasions. At one end of the building is a tranquil bedroom decorated in soft tones of blue and grey with luxurious bedding; inside this room is a unique glass wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom with a revitalising shower. There is also an additional bathroom at the property. Outside, there is a pretty garden that is surrounded by sensory planters.

Inside, there is a stunning kitchen/dining area with everything you need to serve up a hearty meal with an electric oven and induction hub, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the lounge, there are two comfortable sofas that face a Smart TV and large bi-fold doors which make you feel at one with nature. Heading upstairs to the first floor, there is a second lounge area with a sofa and an armchair and a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage for your belongings.

Upstairs, there are two garden-view bedrooms – one king-size and one twin – plus a bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. This exceptional property offers a base for 14 guests to spend time together, it is cleverly laid out across two cottages with an interconnecting door and ample communal space for relaxing. While staying at The Hen House, guests can see the farm animals, explore the surrounding Suffolk countryside and embark on many different adventures such as boat trips on The Big Dog Ferry up to Geldeston (5 miles).

Set across two pretty, adjoining cottages, The Hen House has two different open-plan living spaces with a lounge, kitchen and diner. Let the kids play and watch the TV in one lounge while adults enjoy a quiet evening chat in the other. The larger kitchen/diner is better suited for dinner time, complete with a sprawling dining table. The Hen House has seven bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, offering an additional sense of privacy. Five of the bedrooms have zip-and-link beds so that you can customise the bedroom formation. Finally, step outside to find a secure and scenic garden with patio furniture and a BBQ.
