Hawkeswade Barn is situated in the beautiful village of Lower Ufford and is perfectly located for the popular towns of Woodbridge and the premium seaside town of Aldeburgh. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 0.4 miles.

Large Open Plan Room with Sitting Area: Wall-mounted TV with FreeSat and Now TV, woodburner. Dining Area: Table and chairs. Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee maker and  iPod dock.
Bedroom: King size bed, TV, DVD, fully air-conditioned and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and wc.

Garden: Private patio with garden furniture, lawned area with Tete-A-Tete overlooking the Alpaca Paddock. There is also a shed which can be used for lockable bike storage.
Parking: Ample gated private parking.
Heating: Electric heating and woodburner.
Notes: Wi-Fi and towels provided. A starter pack of wood for the woodburner is provided in the winter months only. Travel cot available to use (please note the property is only suitable for non-crawling babies).

Lower Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare font cover, Ufford also has two excellent pubs, The Ufford Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, Suffolk community pub of the year 2012 and home to the Uffa Micro-Brewery. There is a well-regarded golf-course and excellent spa also available in Ufford itself. The village is surrounded by a network of footpaths and village heritage trail. The lovely riverside market town of Woodbridge is 3 miles away with its wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and many other tourist attractions. RSPB Minismere is a mere 20 minutes' drive away.
