Rosecot is a super little cottage well equipped and comfortable. We loved our short stay there. It wouldn't suit everyone, I'm short and found myself ducking, the floors are uneven and the deep bath maybe an issue for some but if you enjoy quirky old houses as we do it's quite perfect. The garden is also a real selling point and would be lovely inRead more the warmer weather, all the kitchen equipment worked well and there was plenty of hot water, there was a very generous welcome pack that included milk, biscuits and cake. Even though it's just off the High street it was surprisingly quiet, we would definitely book again. The two village shops were a bonus. Hide

We loved the cottage and the surprise of finding peacocks roaming around in the village. If you have mobility issues though, the bath is likely to be a challenge. It was full of character and the garden was under played on the website - its a long beautiful garden.

The cottage was on a busier road than we thought and it would have been helpful if the wifi code information had been in the information book or it had told us where to look for it!
