Make your way up 10 steps to the splendid balcony and front door of this impressive period property and enter to find stylish accommodation flooded with light, due to its high ceilings and large windows.
There is a WC downstairs and, in the hallway, plenty of hanging and storage space for shoes and coats. Here you will also find outdoor rattan furniture, to be used on the balcony.
From the entrance hall, wander through into the large lounge to settle back on the soft seating and watch TV or lose yourselves in the stunning sea views. Whip up meals for your friends and family in the kitchen, then enjoy them in the dining room, which has large French doors looking over South Green and capture the spectacular views of the harbour and Walberswick beyond. From here you can walk out onto the balcony which runs the length of the dining room. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views day or night. Sitting on the balcony, you are sheltered from the sea breeze and can enjoy sun for most of the day and well into the evening, for a beautiful sunset.

This property is ideally situated. Grab your buckets and spades and walk to the beach in a few minutes; or walk less than 1 mile down to Southwold Harbour. Here you can go crabbing, buy fresh seafood from shacks; enjoy local eateries and take the rowing boat ferry over to Walberswick, which also has a lovely beach. Walk down towards the beach and along the seafront promenade in the other direction to amble out along the pier, experience the under-the-pier show and go boating on the lake. There is plenty to do on and around the pier, with many eateries and coffee shops.
