Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flower beds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

A comfortable, warm house. Mrs Mary Farrimond - 10th January 2018
Delightful property in a fabulous location, with lots of space for multiple guests. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Mr Paul Lewis - 3rd October 2017
The property was ideal for our large group. Every room had its own en suite. The dining room was amazing with a table large enough to seat 14! The location of the property couldn't have been better - it was just a matter of yards from the pier. There was ample parking to accommodate all of our group. Mrs Debra Giles - 27th September 2017
