Kitchen/Diner: Karndean flooring, open plan room with fully fitted kitchen including electric double oven, ceramic hob, double sink with water filter, dishwasher, water softener, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Dining Area: polished wooden flooring with Oak dining table and chairs for 8 guests.

Games Room in converted garage: Selection of board games, children’s toys and beach toys. Beanbags, table and chairs. Large flat-screen TV with streaming services.
Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking on Marlborough road and nearby roads. Guests can park on the white line in front of the gates to the house.
Heating: Gas central heating and hot water.
Notes: Bed linen and towels are provided and there is high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Please bring your own beach towels. Removable stair gates are available for the top and bottom of the stairs. A travel cot and highchair are available at this property. Sorry, no pets allowed at this property.
Southwold Central The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the marketplace, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, artisan bakery, family butcher, delicatessen and local supermarkets. Southwold is of course the home to the famous Adnams brewery, which offers regular tours and tastings of their locally-brewed, award-winning beers and spirits. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the sandy beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
