Gather the gang and get ready for an amazing holiday in Southwold. This property is big enough for the extended family or a load of friends, and it’s 5* so you’ll be staying in style. You can enjoy the beach, the town and the beautiful countryside with the people you love most – plus your dog!

Enter the property to find a ground floor living space. It’s the perfect spot for socialising and has cooking, eating and relaxing areas. The kitchen is great for rustling up feasts and has a coffee machine so you can start the day off with a delicious drink, best enjoyed on the sofas which surround a wood burner. This is also a wonderful place to hang out. There’s a long picnic-style table with room for everyone, next to glass bi-fold doors which offer a view of the garden and allow plenty of natural light in. Head to the first floor to find three bedrooms. There’s a double with an en-suite, a twin room and a triple with bunk beds, all comfortable and nicely decorated. Continue to the second floor for the master bedroom, grand with a vaulted ceiling and finished with an en-suite for privacy. Outside you’ll see a garden with a decking area, complete with a dining table and a gas BBQ for warm afternoons with tasty food and drinks.

Southwold is a nice little spot with plenty to entertain. Visit the Southwold Arts Centre (approx. 200 metres) for live entertainment, or climb the Southwold Lighthouse (500 metres) for beautiful sights over the sea. Why not pack up your swimming costumes and organise a day on the beach? There are plenty around, including the sandy Denes Beach (1 mile) where you can swim, sunbathe and enjoy ice cream. Feeling adventurous? Try the Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre, 13 miles.

This is an excellently equipped and presented property, well located for both beach and town. We have now stayed there twice and would certainly be happy to revisit again!

Wonderful house in good location, off street parking was great. Beds were amazingly comfortable, and the wood burner was invaluable when it was very cold in January, and the underfloor heating. The open plan design of the ground floor was great for us with loads of room and comfy sofas.
