Reviews

We have stayed at two other properties nearby but Kittiwake cottage offers the highest standard of comfort, cleanliness and equipment.

Mr L,

Lovely property, very clean, well appointed and a great location. We have stayed before and we will again.

Mr H,

Kittiwake Cottage is in a good position and is very clean and well furnished. Reydon offers quiet countryside for peaceful walks and yet is not far from busy Southwold.

Mr L,

Fabulous property. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy bed, good sized bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor patio space. Rear door access to private garage was great to load the car up without opening the garage door! 5 minute walk to local shop and pub and 1.5 miles to centre of Southwold. Would highly recommend Kittiwake cottage and will revisit in the future.

Mrs K,

Kittiwake cottage in Reydon on the outskirts of Southwold was comfortable and sparkly clean, we had a great holiday, good for walking, running, cycling and enjoying the beach. Southwold is pretty with fascinating architecture, fresh fish on the harbour and a long clean beach, a self contained town with plenty still to do, so looking forward to a return visit. Thankyou.

Mrs P,

What a pretty cottage. The decor was perfect, totally fresh, and lots of sea themed trinkets added to the charm. Furniture of good quality, very good location. Lovely little courtyard garden too. Not far from Southwold centre and lots of other charming places to visit. Would recommend Thorpeness (The Dolphin Pub Restaurant and the coffee shop opposite the pond and waterway) also had a fabulous meal at The Brudenell in Aldeburgh and The Anchor in Walderswick offers fabulous fish and chips. Cottage owners checked up on us a couple of times to ensure all was well. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Mrs W,

The cottage was in a quiet position for Southwold, nicely furnished, very comfortable and above all in these times - spotlessly clean.

Mrs W,

Kittiwake is suburb - Thank you! I recommend Dunwich Heath - beautiful heathers. *Don't forget to look out at the amazing stars! Thank you!

We have had a lovely week in a great cottage. Well equipped and clean, perfect for Southwold!

We have really enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage. It is the best we have ever stayed in! It s very well equipped and is spotlessly clean.

What a lovely place to spend a week's holiday! The interior decor is inspired and we kept finding different features every day. Extremely well appointed and well deserving of 4 stars.

Lovely home, clean and well equipped!

A very comfortable cottage, so close to Southwold. We have enjoyed our stay and will come back soon!!

A lovely, comfortable holiday home. Well equipped, good location for exploring the Suffolk Coastline. We have enjoyed our stay.

The garden was beautiful and rooms were big!

Our week in Kittiwake Cottage has been most delightful, very well equipped and very clean. We will be returning in September, cannot wait!

We've been staying in Southwold for the last 5 years but this is by far the best. What a wonderful place. We have had a fantastic time here. Will be back next year!!
