Reviews

A great place for a family holiday. A beautifully furnished home, with a wonderful sitting room, attractive garden and good attention to detail.

B Kenney,

We were very pleased with our stay at The Summer House. The whole house was well furnished in every room and everything worked in the house. We really enjoyed our holiday- it was just perfect. Thank you.

K. Boynett,

Excellent cottage to spend a week with family and friends. Good weather meant we were able to do lots of cycling and walking- From the house and further afield. Memorable meal at Sutherland House; Best pint at the Lord Nelson!

The Elliotts and Apsas,

Lovely to return again with our family to The Summer House.

The Scott Family,

Very enjoyable holiday, cottage was well equipped and very comfortable with comfy beds and a great location that is quiet, but a quick drive to Southwold for places to eat and drink. Nice size garden with outdoor seating and a table for warm days. Highly recommend this cottage. Only issue was the size of the kitchen is a little small for more than two people and the fridge was a little small. Would struggle with larger parties unless you eat out all the time. Otherwise, it was all great and I recommend others to stay here.

Louise Robinson,

We had a lovely week with our 6 year old twin girls, who loved the pier, crabbing at Walberswick and windy walks at Dunwich- and they especially loved the upstairs study area in which they used for colouring-in sessions on rainy days. Really comfy beds, well equipped cosy house, which worked really well for our three generations when the grandparents joined us. Thank you, we hope to return.

The Woodwards,

Lovely to come back again to The Summer House. Such a wonderful place, very homely. Despite the cold and misty weather (wish we were here next week too!) have enjoyed our coastal walks and exploring Suffolk. Look forward to returning here again next year.
