We had a lovely stay at The Beach House. The house is well equipped with everything you could need, is very comfortable and has the most amazing views and location. We took our dog, so the beach at the end of the garden and the neighbouring walks were perfect. Hope to return.
This is a most beautiful house. There were 11 of us (including 3 under 3 year olds). It was well equipped for family life, and very child friendly. The light and gorgeous dining area overlooking the garden and the sea was superb for family dinners after the kids had gone to bed and the lounge and basement provided ample space for people to spread out and relax. The garden is superb for young children. Our grandchildren loved the Wendy house and the sunken trampoline. The bedrooms are divine, with fabulous quality beds and are beautifully decorated. The freestanding baths and showers are all top notch. We didn't want to leave and my daughters and I all cried when we had to go home! We will return!
Lovely large house, excellent furnishings and the location could not be better. Wake up to Sea views is awesome. Kids loved playing in the garden and the cinema room was enjoyed.
Spacious and comfortable house, plenty of room for both adults and children. Have rebooked already for next year and looking forward to using Suffolk Secrets in the future.
We had a lovely time at the Beach House. We’d looked at staying in Southwold or Warberswick. Staying here with short trips to both was far better for us and took no time in the car at busy times too so we’d definitely return to Kessingland. Accommodation was clean, the house had plenty to offer for everyone and the instructions of what to do, when, and with text and email reminders made the whole experience very relaxing. If you are thinking you need a break, just book it. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of room for large bookings too to make the cost more affordable. Perfect place for our busy dog too. We loved the rabbits and wildlife that seem to enjoy the land too. Thank you to all who make the Beach House so lovely.
