To one side, a contemporary kitchen area has everything you need to create meals for all occasions, and a handy dining table is set in front of the large doors so you can look out over the farmland while you eat. As the evening closes in, curl up on the lounge area’s comfortable sofas and flick on the electric fire and Smart TV. For sleeping, you can select from a king-size bedroom which has an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom adjacent to a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, a decked veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco drinks and dining, and a bubbling hot tub is sunken into the deck for that little touch of luxury. You can also hire BBQs and patio heaters from the owners. Private parking is available for three cars.
On site, there is a handy farm shop so you can pick up any everyday essentials. Beyond the lodge, the lovely, Norfolk town of Diss (12 miles) has an abundance of and eateries, along with several nature reserves. History lovers can enjoy a trip to Framlingham Castle (8.5 miles), or spend a family days out at Camel Park Oasis Zoo, 10.5 miles away, and Easton Farm Park 12 miles. The beautiful, coastal resort of Southwold is 25 miles away should you fancy a day by the beach.
