Up to six guests can stay in this dog-friendly converted barn duo in the sleepy Suffolk countryside. Spend your days exploring the charming nearby rural towns and the vast sandy beaches and coastal trails of the Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape. In the evenings, you can dine alfresco on the veranda or relax in the open-plan living space with a high, wooden beamed ceiling.
Inside the first property is an airy, grey and neutral-toned open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted, beamed ceiling and hints of purple throughout the decor. A lounge area with a wood burner, sofa and day chair sits beside the glass patio doors. In the centre of this space is a contemporary, round dining table. At the back of the room is a fitted black and grey ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Beyond here is a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a twin and a super-king-size with an exposed brick wall. The second property has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a wooden beamed ceiling and tones of red throughout. In the corner is a compacted white and black fitted ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Opposite is a dining table and a lounge area with a wood burner. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside is a patio with furniture and a BBQ as well as a tennis court and utility area – all of which is shared with neighbouring guests. There is ample private parking.
During your time away near the rural village of Bramfield (1 mile), you’ll be just 8 miles from the golden sandy shores of Dunwich Beach. Spend a day at the traditional seaside town of Southwold (10 miles) or immerse yourself in nature at the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve (7 miles).
