Kintyre has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard and is well equipped with quality furnishings, offering light and spacious coastal accommodation. The property has a separate sitting room and a fully fitted kitchen with an open plan dining area. The conservatory is a lovely feature of the property with doors opening onto the large garden, perfect for alfresco dining.
The independent shops, cafes, pubs and the popular Swan Hotel are right on the doorstep. Stroll along the prom with its pastel shade beach huts, and visit the iconic pier and harbour. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep with easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
