On entering the property you are welcomed into a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Newly renovated, the barn has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen area is well stocked with all equipment and appliances you will need to make the most of your self-catering stay, cooking up some culinary delights for your family and friends. The living area has a woodburning stove, making this barn ideal for breaks all year round. One of the main features of this fabulous property is the large oversized windows and doors that lead out onto the vast garden area, marshland and estuary beyond – truly unique views that are sure to blow you away.
Upper Barn offers guests four bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. The beautiful furnishings carry on throughout these bedrooms but also ensuring maximum comfort and ease of use for guests with storage for clothing available. There are also two family bathrooms available on the ground floor meaning guests that wish to avoid using the stairs are able to do so, with ground floor facilities.
Outside there is a very large private garden area with patio area with seating, a garden laid to lawn and the marshland and estuary beyond.
