Owl Lodge is a very well appointed holiday cottage in a lovely peaceful location. It is very well maintained and equipped with very attentive, but not obtrusive, owners nearby. We had a lovely stay here and could not fault it.

2nd visit to this lovely peaceful cottage. Love the location on a quiet lane overlooking fields. We really enjoyed staying at Owl Lodge and are definitely considering a return visit. It is the perfect location for exploring this part of Suffolk. It was also so refreshing to finally stay in a cottage that provided kitchen cupboard space for our food.

Owl Lodge was one of the best places we have stayed. It was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and had everything u need. Loved the quiet location, sitting on the balcony watching the deer in the field and listening to birdsong. Welcome gifts very appreciated. Great location close to Woodbridge. This cottage has a fantastic secluded location. We really appreciated the peace and quiet. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to make the most of the outside space and we only managed to sit out on the little balcony once. Lovely view across open fields with the occaisional local train chugging past in the distance. It was nice to find essentials suRead morech as milk, coffee/tea on our arrival as well as extras such as biscuits, choccies and prosecco. A very nice touch. The kitchen area was well equiped with plenty of mugs/crockery etc so that it was easy to load up the dishwasher during the day and loads of utensils/pots and pans were available for meal preparation. The spiral staircase was a challenge for my poor old knees but a bit of foreward planning and the availability of a downstairs loo made all the difference. The shower room upstairs was just large enough and all of the towels provided were fresh and fluffy. We thoroughly enjoyed holidaying in Suffolk for the first time and found the cottage to be conveniently located for great number of interesting places to visit such as Sutton Hoo, Framlingham Castle, Bawdsey Radar Museum and the beautiful pebbly beach at Aldeburgh.
