Great location. No fan in the hot weather, and no breeze, flat was at the bottom of the house.

A first rate location - it was wonderful to walk out the door and immediately be on the seafront. This apartment is very small and compact, particularly the bathroom, but adequate for a short stay. We love Aldeburgh and visit there on a regular basis for a day out, so naturally decided to book a week there. We regularly book holiday lets throughout the year on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast so consider ourselves experienced. On one of our visits to Aldeburgh we went to see where Shoreline was and knew that the holiday let was mainly below grouRead morend, although not ideal we were happy with the situation. However, on arrival there were too many disappointments, so we decided to return home earlier than planned. The first was the internet as we could not get connected, but luckily, we have a BT account so were able to get access that way. The call centre was extremely helpful, and the problem was resolved the following day. The pictures of the space look larger than they are. The kitchen area is great with lots of space, cupboards and equipment. The shower room is quite small, so much so that my husband would have found it difficult to get into. We could clearly hear the TV in the apartment above us and when people were walking around, so much so that when they walked on part of their floor the cabinet bedside the bed rattled! Next, I kept wondering why a car outside kept running throughout the night, to then realise it was the noise from the fridge freezer turning on and off! The details say there is on street parking, but no mention that parking fees apply from 8am to 6pm each day. It would be great to know this to be prepared. We will continue to have days in Aldeburgh but will be more cautious as to where to stay! Hide

This a really well appointed compact basement flat, I am so impressed with the kitchen which is relatively large and well equipped for such a small area. This is the second time we have rented this accommodation, the bed seems bigger this time, perhaps it has been replaced. We had a great time. The location is as good as it gets in Aldeburgh, with a patio looking directly onto the beach, and the studio flat, though quite compact, was ideal for our needs. It was our second visit. I dont think it will be our last!
