Although Little Oakland's layout is a little quirky it is very comfortable once you get used to it. What I must mention is that on arrival the place was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was ideal for touring that part of Suffolk.

A well equipped and nice little accommodation in a quiet location. 15 minute walk down to the Maybush overlooking the picturesque Deben. Lovely walks in the area in green countryside. A Lidl and rather crazy Tesco Extra a few miles up the road
