A lovely quiet and peaceful spot, with lots of local walks. Kate was very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely holiday, and even regularly saw a little owl on the garden wall, which was a bonus.

This cottage is comfortable and well equipped, if in need of a little redecoration. The position is very good, with a really good view and excellent walks along the river towards the Church and Snape Maltings. A very tranquil setting.
