Head outside to the raised decking – a wonderful place to relax with a coffee and take in the country views – and keep an eye out for squirrels darting through the trees. You may be lucky enough to spot the occasional passing peacock. Steps lead down to a sheltered pergola seating area with table and chairs, setting the scene for al fresco dining. An added bonus is the games room, outside the back of the house, which is home to a football table, darts and small basket ball game. Private parking is available for three cars.
