Property code: OC-AL104

This deceptively spacious cottage in the heart of coastal Aldeburgh is an attractively furnished and finished ground-floor holiday apartment benefiting from a large courtyard garden. Small but perfectly formed, this self-catering apartment has all desired amenities for a shoreline break.

Descend some small steps from the courtyard and enter the open-plan living area which is homely and welcoming with a large TV providing entertainment for cosy nights indoors. Pick up a book and settle on the sofa or armchair, or open up the French doors and spend some quality time outside in the courtyard garden which comes with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is conveniently located so that you don’t have to leave your loved one as you whip up a romantic meal – a meal that can be enjoyed at the large dining room table. Move on through to the double bedroom with has an en-suite shower room as well as French doors to the courtyard.

Days out by the seaside can be enjoyed when staying here as the property is only 300 metres from the seafront. If you're looking for a real 'get away from it all' holiday, then this is a great choice as this holiday home is positioned in a tucked away spot at the southern end of Aldeburgh town yet is within 300 metres of the high street shops and restaurants. Boating is popular on the nearby Alde Estuary where a large variety of yachts can be seen at summer weekends.

Lovely and cosy, tucked away but easy access to all local facilities/services in Aldeburgh. Quiet location. We had a lovely break visiting Suffolk again.

We wanted just a few days by the sea and Low-Tide fitted the bill perfectly. Great location and ideal size for a couple escaping the city.

A pleasant flat in a very quiet location just a short walk from the High Street and beach with added bonus of private parking. Furnishings could be more comfortable and there is very little space on one side of the bed. Property would benefit from clear instructions about the various appliances and how to use them.

The location is great for the main shops and sea, with nearby food shops, takeaways and restaurants. Great too for visiting other nearby places. The living room furniture is tired and uncomfortable, the wardrobe too short to hang dresses.

We enjoyed our stay, especially as the weather was good! Super to be in the centre of Aldeburgh with on site parking and to enjoy the surrounding area. It was very quiet as there were only a few nights when the upstairs accommodation was used. One does need to be super organised to work in the small kitchen area but it's perfectly possible!

Cottage located in a good position and off street parking is a big plus. Bathroom is small but just about ok. Good value for money.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Low Tide and it works for me. I'm on my own and need somewhere that I can get on with my work during the day in quiet. It fits the bill perfectly. Off road parking is great - though can be tricky to manoeuvre when the car spaces are full. It's 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and the shops and even during FebruarRead morey half term Aldeburgh was blissfully quiet. Everything works well although you need to be taller than me to reach the upper shelves of the kitchen cupboard That cafetire was way out of reach! Hide

It was rated as a 3 star and we would agree with that and were satisfied with what there was. We didnt use any appliances except the kettle as we had our meals with our family at their holiday let.
