Comfortable barn conversion in the countryside but not far from Framlington. All mod cons and comfy beds, great showers. Very airy and light filled. Georgie, the owner, very friendly and helpful.

The property was lovely. Clean well presented. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was easy reach of the coast and nature reserves. In our opinion it is the best property we have stayed in, we hope to return in the future

Very spacious and beautifully furnished house. Safe garden for our dog. We were only two but groups of four might like a washing up machine to be available. A lovely retreat away from busy south east.

Such a lovely property. The pictures did not do it justice. It's huge with high ceilings so feels very spacious but really cosy too. The property was filled with everything we might need. It was sparkling clean and the owners are really friendly and on hand if you have any questions. Lovely to see some horses, ducks and rabbits too. Garden is perfeRead morect if you have dogs, it's fully enclosed. It was Christmas when we stayed so very cold but I imagine its a lovely space for sitting outside in the summer. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommended! Hide

The house was beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with kitchen equipment and appliances. Also had all the mod cons re tvs and radios etc. It was a very comfortable 'home'. Just outside the lovely Market Town of Framlingham. The owners were perfect hosts too!!
