Lovey cottage, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Good location for coastal towns such as Great Yarmouth and Southwold. Pakefield fish and chips on the corner well worth a visit.

What a great place to stay. I found gold stumbling upon this place. I'd highly recommend it. Anyone who enjoys cosy/relaxing places and for those who enjoy walks along a nice beach (4 mins walk away). Tastefully restored/decorated with a great finish. It's all electric too with solar generating most of the energy (apart from the open fires whiRead morech were original). It has Wi-fi, TVs with apps (if you have an account with that platform). Ideal for small families of up to 4 or 2 couples. 25-35 minutes walk to Lowestoft piers (along the beach), with some great places to eat/drink near by. The only downside is my time was up there, but like Arnie says "I'll be back". Well worth checking out! Hide

Pips Cottage was really beautiful and the owners should be very proud of all the hard work they have done to make the cottage so comfortable and appealing to holiday makers. We have stayed in Pakefield previously but Pips cottage is definitely a 5 star property. The location is excellent with the beach being so close and lovely walks along the front Read moreas well as several pubs and a very good fish & chip shop nearby. We know this area very well and had trips to Beccles and Bungay as well as visiting the East Anglia Transport museum and enjoying their 60s themed weekend. We will definitely be returning to Pips Cottage and will recommend to our friends and family.
