Upstairs is a family bathroom and three bedrooms – a king-size, a double and a cot-size bed suitable for a child (2–5 years). Access the fully enclosed, private garden with outdoor seating via the French doors in either the lounge or the kitchen. Relax in the sunshine with a cool drink, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy dining alfresco in fine weather. There is private parking for two cars.

Head to the scenic coast, which boasts an endless array of pretty views, beaches and walks. Visit Aldeburgh (13.5 miles), explore the wide shingle beach, and take in the iconic scallop-shaped seafront art installation. Those who love a woodland walk should visit Captain’s Wood (15 miles), and for wildlife or bird spotting, head to Snape Warren wetlands (11.5 miles). A very pleasant, comfortable and well equipped house in a super location. Nice neighbours too. Very quiet but only a couple of minutes walk into the town so ideal for eating out or just having a drink in the town without having to drive. Very good parking right outside. Our second time here and highly recommended.

What a fabulous little cottage. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and sofas which is so refreshing when renting a cottage. Lots of kitchen utensils, a coffee machine etc. Loved the welcome package and this was without a doubt one of the best cottages we have stayed in. We really loved it particularly the cleanliness of it.

The property is very nice, it was warm and had everything you need for a stress free break away. The beds are very comfortable. The dog proof garden was enough for a last toilet break at night time without any worries of escaping! Something very important to me with rescue dogs. There are walks through the old cemetery right next door as its Read morelike a lovely large meadow (dogs on leads at all times). There is lots of wildlife including a few deer so keep hold of those dog leads! There is a public track very nearby also and we hired a 6 acre dog field which is only 5 miles away for ours to have daily zoomies and at 6 for half an hour it was well worth it. We also walked ours into the Town which is very easy in walking distance to the property. Nice shops and cafes and we ordered a takeaway from the Indian takeaway which was nice. The castle on the hill is very close although closed at this time of year but out of season you would easily walk there for events. There is a really cute childrens bedroom (we didnt need it but it is very lovely if you have a child). We enjoyed our short stay in Framlingham. Thank you Hide

Gorgeous mews house with loads of room and storage. The kitchen was really well equipped. We were lucky enough to have fabulous weather and sat in the garden most evenings with a glass of wine. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed tootling around the villages and coastal towns.

The house is superb, very clean and well equipped. Framlingham is a lovely place, lots of cafes/ places to eat. Enjoyed walks around the area with the dog. Easy to reach the beach at Aldeburgh and Southwold, with Walberswick being our favourite as dogs are allowed on the beach. Probably the best place we have stayed at on our many visits to SuffolkRead more. Hide

Very pleased with No3 Fore Street Mews, very clean and comfortable and really handy being able to walk into town. It was our first visit to Framlingham and really enjoyed its amenities, in particular the Italian restaurant Watson and Walpole

A clean, modern, quiet property that is perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from Framlingham's Market Hill with its restaurants, coffee shops and independent retailers, as well as the Co-Op. The house was warm (almost too warm in the nice weather we enjoyed in early June!) and very comfortable. There was also a very useful enclosed garden foRead morer the dog, but equally there were also plenty of places to step out for dog walks, including the grounds of Framlingham Castle and a large public field opposite the Station Hotel, as well as all around the town's attractive streets. A very pleasant, light and comfortable modern house. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Just a couple of minutes to get into the square but very quiet. Should we return to Framlingham to see our friends who live in the town we would definitely want to stay in Number 3 again.
