Lovely cottage, well located for exploring Suffolk coastline from Southwold down to Felixstowe. There is some traffic noise from being on the main road to Aldeburgh, but it is not intrusive. We have been coming to Suffolk for sixty years and despite the considerable road disruption due to Sizewell C and other infrastructure projects, this is stillRead more a fantastic area and coastline to explore. Visited Orfordness for the first time which was a fascinating day out, yet, at the same time, the simple walks across the heathland or marshes were still as wonderful as ever. Hide

Lovely cottage with outstanding views in a great location with easy access to the coast. Kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living room after a day out exploring the area. Beds are a bit uncomfortable and the twin room is more suitable for children rather than adults. Beautiful secure garden and dog-friendly.

We were surprised the cottage was next to a very busy main road as we thought it was in the quiet countryside. Passing heavy lorries would shake the cottage. Overall enjoyed our stay as cottage was very nice

Gorgeously clean cottage. Beautiful garden. So well equipped you do not need for anything. The cottage does not have a washing machine but has a dishwasher and everything else you may need. Lovely touch of a bottle of wine and crisps upon arrival. Farm shop a few minutes drive away is lovely.

The cottage was perfect, very clean and well equipped. The garden was fully enclosed and safe for our little dog. The location is ideal for visiting coastal resorts like Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich. We enjoyed a boat ride from Orford and the Friday Street sunday car boot sale just up the road from the cottage.
