Nestled in the picturesque village of Yoxford on Suffolk's Heritage Coast, uncover the sandy shoreline and windswept coastal walks this area is famous for.

Seamlessly combining ecclesiastical grandeur with sumptuous inviting textures, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its vaulted ceiling and stained-glass windows is the ultimate social space that invites you to spend quality time with loved ones. Fire up the roaring wood burner and flop down on the comfy sofas or rustle up a delicious feast and dine long into the evening seated at the oak refectory table. Dressed for the occasion in crisp white linens, the ground floor double bedroom boasts a dreamily peaceful atmosphere. Ascending the charming spiral staircase, you’ll find the king-size mezzanine bedroom nestled beneath the vaulted timber ceiling, offering a unique perspective overlooking the main hall. Additionally, the old stable at the rear of the house boasts an en-suite double bedroom. Outside, dine alfresco in the enclosed courtyard, and as the sunsets, roast marshmallows over the firepit beneath the clear night sky.

The charming village of Yoxford, known as 'The Garden of Suffolk' boasts antique shops, local cafes and a thriving village atmosphere. Surrounded by 76 acres of historic parkland, join the footpath less than a mile away leading past the magnificent Cockfield Hall, a 16th-century Grade I-listed private house; keen walkers can follow the trail to reach the impressive 26ft bronze sculpture named 'Yoxman’.
