Lovely cottage in excellent location to walk to the beach and to the Harbour. The cottage is very well appointed with a lovely homely feel. Lots of cutlery plates etc which is helpful (sometimes these are limited to number of people staying). Great garden for our grandchildren to play in. Thinking to book for next year !

This is a lovely well equipped cottage. Location is great, it is an easy walk into the village and the local pubs. Both Walberswick and Southwold beaches are sandy.

The cottage is in a very quiet, pretty location, a short walk to the beach. The garden is lovely and has plenty of furniture and is its main selling point. The house and bedrooms are nice, but three of the four bedrooms are very small. One is in the attic with limited headroom. One has a double bed squashed against the wall with only room to walk rRead moreound one side. The lounge again is small for a group of more than 4 or 5 people. Dining room and kitchen very good size. Utility room looked useful but we did not use it. Hide

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful house, as an extended family of 6 adults and a baby there was plenty of room and it was clean, warm and comfortable. We'd stay again.
