The entrance hall leads off to a spacious drawing room whose south-facing views can be admired in comfort, while the neighbouring sitting room is the perfect place to entertain younger guests. The kitchen offers everything a creative cook needs to conjure up memorable dishes throughout the day, dishes which, if not enjoyed close to the stove, can be savoured in the adjacent dining room that looks out onto the gardens. The ground floor also houses a utility area and access to a separate annexe that comprises an en-suite twin bedroom.The first floor comprises an en-suite king-size bedroom connected to a twin bedroom, a spacious super-king-size bedroom that can be converted to a twin on request, and another twin bedroom. A very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed property. Garden lawns well maintained, but rest of garden much less so. Problems with freezer and shower were reported and remained outstanding

We had 2 additional enquiries 1) was there any outside furniture - your office said No so we took 10 folding chairs only to find a huge garden table & 10 chairs. However the patio they sat on was covered in huge weeds up our legs which really should be cleared, hence No 4 above. Similar about the hairdryer, your office said No but there was one. Read more Also whilst the bedding furniture, bathrooms, kitchen were clean the paintwork, doors etc all over did not stand up to scrutiny. I realise that's a big job, but could have been done in the winter surely? Hide

This is a very comfortable and welcoming house which makes an ideal holiday venue for a large family group, such as our own. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The children loved the large and secure garden, especially the trampoline. Highly recommended.

A few improvements, the bbq was left dirty so we couldnt use it. One towel per person isnt enough tor 6 nights if you have long hair. We love Fairhaven but some people may find the decor and furniture a little tired.

Fairhaven is a wonderful, spacious, well equipped property. The location is also excellent - easy walking distance to the pubs and village green, also the harbour. You are also well placed to walk the footpaths over the estuary. We parked four cars and there was space for at least one more.

Situated ideally for both beach and countryside to be able to walk to both. Very spacious property with a beautiful garden perfect for pets. Located in a picturesque village. Close to other places of interest. Would definitely visit again.

The property was exceptional and we loved both it and the wonderful garden, but is showing obvious signs of wear and tear; additionally, the outside lights do not work and it was extremely difficult to lock the back door due to warping. This is a large family friendly house with plenty of space and a large garden . It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need .I would definately return with the family or even a group of friends.
