We throughly enjoyed our stay at Glenview in February and would love to return. The enormous open space was perfect for such a wet and windy week in Suffolk with ever changing views from this warm and cosy home.

A comfortable, peaceful large house, set in a beautiful and private landscape. Well equipped, and positioned in regard to easy access to nearby towns and coastal areas ,within this part of Suffolk. Well equipped, with just one small blip with the electricy on our final morning, which meant that no water was available, for showers etc, although drRead moreinking water was still accessible from tap in kitchen area. This was put right after telephone call to the owner and visit by the person who manages the house, although it left little time for showers etc before leaving. Hide

Beautiful home in stunning countryside. A welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Ideal for a relaxing retreat or a get together with friends and family. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and coming back to relax in the beautiful garden and vine covered areas. The pictures do not do justice to this architect designed homeRead more. The house is beautifully located in a really rural position among fields. Very peaceful with lovely aspect for morning, afternoon and evening sun. The house itself has every bit of equipment you could need. Beds are comfortable with good bed linen and bathrooms good. Thoroughly recommend this house for a proper rural Suffolk stay. About a mile to tRead morehe pub in Bramfield. Go and see the church in Bramfield - unique and interesting. 3 miles to Halesworth (lovely town with good shops and cafes), Everyone knows about Southwold so no need to mention any more about that! Spacious secluded property in rural Suffolk, so beautifully quiet and peaceful. Short drive to an easternly facing beach for watching the sunrise. Highly recommended.

This is a great property, in a very peaceful location. Close to many beaches, Southwold and Walberswick, being just a couple. Lots of walking around. Property itself is lovely, well equipped, comfortable beds, large living area. The patio is shaded by vines and gets the evening sun. It was a wonderful place for drinks and dinner, overlooking the gaRead morerden and wheat fields. Beautiful, and restful. The railway carriage is fairly basic, but has a certain ambience, if you don't mind a few spiders. Can definitely recommend. Hide

This is our second stay in three months. Stunning cottage- the photos really don't do it justice- in huge wrap around garden. There was just my husband and myself but it would be brilliant for families. Great location for all the lovely areas on the Suffolk coast and further inland. Would highly recommend.
