The entrance hall is perfect for storing shoes and coats and, in the hallway cupboard, there’s a washer and a dryer. On the ground floor of this one-of-a-kind property, you’ll find the sophisticated bedroom, tastefully decorated with a luxury, dream-inducing velvet bed and a Smart TV for lazy mornings. Next door is the gorgeous ocean-blue bathroom, boasting a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower cubicle with an overhead rainfall shower. Upstairs is the stunning DeVol kitchen/diner fully fitted with all the luxury features you could dream of. The wood burner adds extra cosiness to this space in the winter months. The adjoining sitting area has a gorgeous sofa in front of the Smart TV. Alternatively, turn it off and enjoy the art it discreetly displays while you curl up with a drink for a romantic evening.

The cottage is located just 500 metres from the beach, so spend the day soaking up the sun or reading a good book on the beautiful sandy beach nearby. The high street (500 metres) has everything you need to cook a romantic dinner for two, so pick up some local, fresh produce from the greengrocers and the deli and enjoy preparing a home-cooked meal in the finest of spaces. If you love 80s retro games, then venture out to Southwold Pier (0.5 miles) to try the classic arcades or the more eccentric inventions at the Under the Pier Show.

Wonderful location for a couple getaway with everything on your doorstep but tucked away for some privacy. Beautifully decorated home with all accessories you could think off available.

This is a lovely property, finished to a high standard and containing high quality furniture and equipment. It is ideally situated being close to both town and beach but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. We had a very relaxed, comfortable stay and would definitely go back.

This is the 9th Property we have stayed in when away in Southwold and whilst everyone is of a very high standard, this is like a Boutique Hotel++ We will definitely be staying in Mole End again

The cottage was a lovely place to stay. A 2 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute away from the town centre. The cottage had everything you needed inside - lots of great cooking equipment to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Would definitely stay again.

High spec equipped property in a fantastic location although the bedroom is quite cramped. Parking close by and free. Underfloor heating and general room temperatures easily controlled. Information received about the property and local area was really appreciated and useful. However, some information was unfortunately out of date.

Mole End was just fabulous - generous in every sense - from the owners introduction, to the delicious welcome goodies & the gorgeous bathroom products. A treat. Fantastic location. There is no garden, but the cottage is located in a courtyard & is so close to a green that this wasnt an issue for toilet breaks for our little pooch. Mole End is a beautiful cottage in Southwold , it had everything we needed and loved the high tech package. A mirror would be nice in the bedroom to do hair etc, and the front door lock was a bit iffy (we couldnt get the key out whenever we came back from being at the beach) hence the alarm went off , otherwise a beautiful place , definitely be bacRead morek Hide

We had the best stay at Mole End. It was the perfect property for us - a gorgeous bathroom, kitchen and lounge area with all the high spec equipment you could imagine. The speakers in each room were a lovely touch. As was the coffee machine and Dyson hair dryer! Great position to walk to Southwold town centre and had no trouble with parking.
