There are also two invigorating shower rooms, one on each floor. Stepping outside, the charming courtyard garden has a handy picnic table and bench seating providing a lovely spot for dining alfresco on a sunny summer’s day.
Within easy reach of the River Blyth, the cottage is just 500 metres from the beach and the site of the historic Southwold Cannons. The centre of town is less than half a mile north, with an array of great pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. Southwold is home to a range of popular attractions including a lighthouse, a golf course, a model boat pond, the Electric Picture Palace and the Southwold Maize Maze. Also nearby are RSPB Minsmere, Leiston Abbey, Camel Park Oasis and Henstead Exotic Gardens, all within 15 miles.
