This property is a nicely presented and finished first-floor apartment in Aldeburgh which benefits from a delightful balcony overlooking this seaside resort. This charming addition offers glimpses across marshland where you can make the most of the Suffolk sunrise or simply relax in the evening after a busy day sightseeing and watch the world go by.

Climb the stairs to the first floor to find the open-plan layout of this self-catering apartment that ensures ease and space with a relaxed feel. Ceiling beams in the rooms give the apartment its own character and personality. In the living area, grab a book to read on the sofa or head through the French doors to the balcony to enjoy a cool glass of wine in the sea air. Cook up something lovely together or if one of you prepares the meal, the other can stay close by and chat as everything is in one space. Serve up on the dining table or eat at the table on the balcony. The double bedroom has ceiling beams and another set of French doors to the balcony, and the en-suite shower room will ensure you’re both refreshed before another day of adventuring. Every thing you need including a dishwasher. Lots of plates and cutlery. Parking is off-road but for a small car, as stated in the description. Minutes from the Main Street, chip shop and sea front.

More comfortable sofa and chair in living room. Balcony needs attention. No window in bedroom and no fan provided, extremely hot room at night. Glasses and plates in cupboard had a film of dust on them. Stay affected by building work next door. Worker was there on a Sunday despite assurance that the work would be Monday to Friday and although the wRead moreork was mainly indoors because there were no windows noise could be clearly heard. View from balcony was of an over flowing skip and a workers toilet. Hide

Our second time here. We would not have returned if we had not been very happy the first time.

The cottage was perfectly placed for exploring Aldeburgh and its surroundings. We are birdwatchers and found lots of places to go. The cottage was perfect for coming back to and it was great to relax on the terrace.

We only stayed for two nights and ate out, so we didn't use the cooking facilities, but they were plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The property is within a short walk of the town and has it's own parking space.
