Lovingly renovated to fuse original features with modern luxuries, this two-storey cottage contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. Set beneath a beamed ceiling, the light and airy lounge invites relaxing evenings with a selection of comfortable seating arranged around an open fireplace. Next door, the kitchen is bright and fresh with fitted cabinets and a table for two, while doors lead out to the pretty courtyard. Set on artificial grass with a summerhouse and a bistro table and chairs, this sun-kissed space invites lazy afternoons and evenings beneath the stars. With a handful of pubs and a golf club and spa, Ufford has plenty of amenities on your doorstep. Set on the banks of the River Deben, Woodbridge (3 miles) is a vibrant market town with a superb selection of shops and eateries along with a working tide mill. The region is rich in historical and archaeological sites, including Orford Castle (11 miles), Framlingham Castle (8.5 miles) and Sutton Hoo (3.5 miles), while the coastal gems of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Thorpeness are within 25 miles.

The cottage is beautiful, clean, well decorated and well equipped. There is some traffic noise from the road outside and the car has to be parked out if site from the house in a road opposite the house which is not ideal. Having said that the car came to no harm. Would recommend if you're not worried by the parking.

Lovely cottage for a relaxing break. Well situated to explore the surrounding area. Very comfy bed and a wealth of pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen.
