The seating in the sitting room could have been cleaner and more comfortable. Cobwebs in several places, very dirty and greasy extractor in the kitchen. Very little hot water in the kitchen sink.

On arrival we were unable to open the door to the communal stairs as it was locked from the inside with the key still in the lock. It was only because I work in property maintenance and had tools with me that I was able to unlock the door. It turned out that a member of staff from the downstairs bakery had locked it. They also repeatedly left theRead more bakery door propped open all day ( A fire door!), with noise and smells making their way up to our accommodation. This meant we could never fully relax as we didn't know when the noises would start, and even if we'd be able to get back in if we went out. The location and amenities the flat provided were great but we won't return because of the shared access. Hide

A super place to stay in the centre of Southwold, with that rare treasure, a parking space! Stay further inland if you dont like the (very) noisy seagulls.

A great location with car parking that is unusual for Southwold. Opposite the crown hotel and minutes from the coop that is handy if carrying lots of goodies for your stay. An incredible amount of light floods into the apartment due to the 360 degree windows. Many other properties look dingy in comparison. We would book here again
