Upstairs are a further three bedrooms, two of which are tasteful twins with nods to the property’s seaside location in the decor and are well suited to children. The village of Friston is ideal for families, with a play park less than 100m from your doorstep and a great pub for evening meals. On days out, you could split your time between the two wonderful seaside resorts of Aldeburgh (4 miles) and Southwold (15 miles) and make the most of your close proximity to the sea. Or, head to Thorpeness (5 miles) to hop aboard the boating Meare for a leisurely afternoon on the water on your choice of a kayak, canoe or rowboat. Lovers of art and music will relish in the opportunity to visit Snape Maltings to see its grand concert hall and galleries.
