This gorgeous reverse-level design property, set within 400 acres of grounds and with a golf club on site, is ideal for friends or families looking for a relaxing and active gathering. There are plenty of on-site attractions, but a short trip into the countryside brings you to Somerleyton Hall and Gardens (5 miles), a great day out for all ages. The Norfolk Broads are on your doorstep, and boat hire is available at Saint Olaves (2 miles).

A stylish Scandinavian-style house that is airy and full of natural light, making this the perfect place to unwind enjoying all the creature comforts you know and love. The ground floor includes a bunk room and a king-size bedroom, with access to a covered courtyard area with seating. There is also a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a Smart TV. A separate shower room completes the ground floor. Stairs lead to the open-plan living area, which boasts waterside and fairway views. The sociable lounge area has two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and two armchairs in front of the large windows to relax and admire the views over the lake. There is a contemporary kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook up a storm. Dine alfresco and watch the sunsets from the first-floor balcony or sit out and relax on the seating under the downstairs covered veranda. The on-site facilities are available for an additional fee during your stay. On-street parking for two cars is available next to the lodge.

Explore the gorgeous Suffolk coastline with the vast expanse of sand at Gorleston-on-Sea just 5 miles away. Great Yarmouth (7 miles) is a must-visit family day out - bring your bucket and spade for the beach, marvel at the creatures in the sea life centre and enjoy the many eateries. Discover the Broads at Carlton and Oulton Marshes, which offers plenty of walks for all ages and is perfect for wildlife and bird enthusiasts.

Lovely house location is excellent very clean very comfortable beds we all slept really well this house has everything you need the horse sanctuary on the site is great for children

A 5 star holiday. Excellent property, clean, recently decorated, bright, warm and in a perfect position with a lovely view over the lake to the 3rd golf hole. We were lucky with the weather and Oasis 41 was bathed in sunshine the whole day. Absolutely loved our stay at this unusual but perfect holiday home. Spotlessly clean throughout, stylishly furnished, with good quality fittings and everything you may need in the kitchen. Tranquil and peaceful in a beautiful setting with lake and golf course views. Would definitely like to return.

This is a lovely lodge in a tranquil setting . Everything was very clean and the lodge was well equipped. We liked the upside/down element as you had a great view over the lake and golf course. Parking outside was a bonus for us. I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Norfolk. We've already booked for next year.

The property was beautiful and is exactly like the photos. Very comfortable, great views and well equipped. I had to communicate with Zelma , the owner , and she was very quick to respond, courteous and even sent us a bottle of Prosecco for any inconvenience. Which there wasnt. We very much enjoyed our relaxing stay at the house. We found it very light and airy with good facilities and set within a great location. The children greatly enjoyed the nearby swimming pool. .

As stated by a previous reviewer, wood on balcony has peeled and swing chairs totally unusable. New cushions are needed and to be stored inside unless being used. Kitchen drawer to store our food was a bit tricky to pull in and out, but did love the instant boiling tap, soft water and the American fridge freezer where there is ample room for frozenRead more food. The property was ok from a space and contents perspective, however it was let down by it's general appearance and cleanliness. Plenty of cobwebs in the outside areas. Wood on balcony and rail peeled- swing chairs outside unusable as they had no protection and as a result were soaking wet and had green algae on the cushions. The cushions on the downRead morestairs chair had been splashed with stain/paint. Cushions in seated area water stained. Oven dirty, PAT stickers need updating, broken draw & airer. Hide

The house was clean and offered all necessary amenities to make our stay very pleasant. Host was very lovely and went the extra mile to ensuring we were comfortable. We locked ourselves out one evening and the host was kind enough to drive down to provide a spare key. Loved the location and will return again
