Set within a pretty Suffolk village, just a short drive from Dedham Vale, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and 'Constable Country', this newly renovated cottage is ideally suited for exploring the local area. As well as a host of countryside walks close by, a day trip to the Heritage Coast is highly recommended, with beautiful seaside towns such as Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh to explore. For an array of historic, cultural and culinary delights, the cathedral cities of Colchester and Bury St Edmunds are a short drive away. A little further afield, those with an energetic nature may wish to visit nearby Thetford Forest where you'll find high wire experiences and stunning walking and cycling tracks, while race fans will enjoy a trip to Snetterton Race Circuit, which has events on throughout the year.
Entering the property, the front door leads into the cosy lounge/diner. The dining area seats four comfortably and has a double-sided feature wood burner. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas and provides a wonderful spot to gather around with loved ones or friends and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen area has a breakfast table and provides a less formal place to gather for a spot of breakfast or light lunch - whoever is on cooking duty will feel at home with the use of an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen is a ground floor utility room which houses a washing machine and also leads through to the ground floor bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC, with TV and a twin bedroom, both of which have plenty of space to store items of clothing, and on the landing, there is a hanging rail to hang up your formal garments. There is a dressing room with further space to store belongings, along with a dressing table and chair. There is the convenience of another separate WC on the first floor.
Access to the rear enclosed garden is via the kitchen and there is a patio furniture set should you wish to soak up the sun and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. Ther is a fire pit for those chillier evenings. There is off-road parking available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
