A perfect location for a relaxing holiday near the sea on the Suffolk Coast. Located in the village of Pakefield and less than 100 meters from the sea the village offers plenty of facilities including places to eat and drink while just a short distance away are larger seaside towns with traditional seaside fare. Great Yarmouth offers something for all, with history and heritage along the quayside, seafront with illuminations, pier, promenades, arcades, fun fair and sandy beach. The Suffolk heritage coastline is dotted with quaint fishing villages to explore while inland family days out include the magical waterways of the Broads, BeWILDerwood and Africa Alive to name just a few.
Guests will initially enter the open-plan lounge/diner where guests are able to relax after a day on the beach on the comfortable sofas. Any must see programmes can be seen on the TV and while there are numerous options locally for eating out, the dining table easily accommodates all for a delicious home cooked meal. A contemporary galley style kitchen provides everything needed to cook up a storm including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a handy dishwasher. A utility area contains both a washing machine with portable clothes airer while providing access through to the ground floor bathroom with large shower cubical, bath, WC and bidet. Ascending the staircase to the first floor landing and turning left guests will find a bright and airy king-size bedroom with large window providing glorious sea views. Two further bedrooms, one king-size and one double provide the remaining sleeping accommodation. Completing the upstairs is a separate WC.
From the kitchen there is access to a small courtyard area which is ideal for bikes or wiping down sandy paws. On road parking subject to availability.
