Hot tub could do with a service. Corner lamp full of cobwebs. Accommodation comfortable and nicely situated for fishing. Could have done with small hoover and a mop. Just few small issues that need addressing.

Very enjoyable week at Waterways Farm comfortable modern accommodation and pretty surroundings with some lovely walks available ,fishing on site was quite good but we only had lots of small carp and you wont get a PB fishing here . Absolutely loved our stay here. The lodge itself is exactly what we were hoping for, quiet, clean and perfect for our first holiday with our dog.
