Parking: Car parks located nearby with the nearest being Lime Kiln Quay Carpark just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Please note that The Thoroughfare is pedestrianised from 10am to 2pm. Outside of these times, you are able to unload with 15 minute parking. Roadside parking can be found on St John Terrace and Castle Hill.

Please note, this is a 300-year-old characterful property and therefore it does have steep stairs to access both the first and second floor and the rear doorway has low head height. Additionally, please note there is a low head height when coming down from the second floor.
Woodbridge is a historic town of great character situated on the River Deben. Its charm lies in the many narrow picturesque streets of fine houses and cottages, the river, the famous Tide Mill, the ancient buildings around the Market Hill and the fine Church. Woodbridge has an interesting shopping centre, with many specialist shops, good restaurants, and pubs, together with art galleries, antique shops, the town museum and an excellent cinema/theatre, large recreation areas and an indoor heated swimming pool. With the benefit of a train station, guests can arrive from London Liverpool Street in under 2 hours. Woodbridge is perfectly located to enjoy both the Suffolk Coast and Countryside, with coastal towns such as Aldeburgh and Thorpeness an easy drive away and popular countryside locations such as Rendlesham Forest nearby too. Woodbridge also benefits from being just a short drive from some fascinating historical locations such as the National Trust sites of Sutton Hoo and Orford Ness.
