Upon entering this lovely home, you are welcomed into a generous living room equipped with comfy sofas, a smart television and flame effect fire for those colder evenings. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all you could need to whip up a feast or perhaps you fancy a night off cooking, in which case head across to the Cherry Tree Pub for a delicious meal. Three fabulously furnished bedrooms await and have been well decorated to ensure you have a wonderful night’s sleep.

You will also find a garden laid to patio with lovely furniture to enjoy alfresco breakfasts in the rising sunshine or an evening tipple under the stars. Whatever you choose to do during your Suffolk staycation, this holiday home ticks all the boxes for a great holiday!

Berries is just an easy and short 5 minute stroll from Woodbridge train station meaning it is exceptionally easy to reach if you are travelling by train. With a central location in the town, you can easily access the beautiful riverside walks along the Deben, and the town centre (5 minute walk) with its many cafes and interesting shops. There are plenty of pubs to try out locally, the closest being The Cherry Tree which is just 50 yards from Berries. If you fancy a day out, then there are plenty of lovely places to visit which are an easy drive away including Orford, Snape Maltings, Rendlesham Forest and Aldeburgh.

Pets: One well behaved dog welcome, must be kept on the ground floor and not allowed on any furniture. Please note: the garden is not enclosed. Kingston Avenue Recreation Ground is just a 2 minute walk away from the property

Woodbridge is a historic town of great character situated on the River Deben. Its charm lies in the many narrow picturesque streets of fine houses and cottages, the river, the famous Tide Mill, the ancient buildings around the Market Hill and the fine Church. Woodbridge has an interesting shopping centre, with many specialist shops, good restaurants, and pubs, together with art galleries, antique shops, the town museum and an excellent cinema/theatre, large recreation areas and an indoor heated swimming pool. With the benefit of a train station, guests can arrive from London Liverpool Street in under 2 hours.
