Indulge your love of the quiet life with a stay at this characterful Suffolk cottage. With a warm welcome for six guests and two canine companions, it’s within easy reach of the coastline and some of the county’s most beautiful towns. With exposed beams, a redbrick interior wall and a multi-fuel burner, this cottage has plenty of character.
Suffolk’s famous for its pretty pink cottages, and this pet-friendly countryside abode is a fine example. Located on a quiet lane with a quintessentially English pub on the doorstep, it’s the ideal retreat for families and friends, with the beamed ceiling and wood burner in its lounge setting the scene for companionable at-home time together. With a similar sense of country charm, the large open-plan kitchen/dining room has all the essentials for an effortless stay and plenty of space for everyone to work and unwind. A cloakroom completes the convenience of the ground floor, complemented by a traditionally styled family bathroom on the first floor. On this upper level, there are three welcoming bedrooms – one a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, and the others each with twin beds. The private patio to the rear of the property has seasonal planting and outdoor furniture; enjoy sunshine and snacks as the dogs sniff the fresh country air – up to two are welcome!
