Notes: Wi-Fi, linen and towels provided. Please note that due to the rural location, wi-fi signal is weak and can be variable. Books, toys, games and DVDs available for all ages. Important - Please note: the tree house in the garden is not to be used by guests as it is awaiting repair and not safe for use. Please do supervise children and pets in the garden. A short and steep slope goes down to the path to the river and the pub, this is sometimes slippery so please do take extra care. The Ramsholt Arms pub is closed during January each year.
