Quite often find that not very useful equipment is included and other basic, nay essential, items are left out. Having said that, the cottage was very comfortable and had sufficient for a week's holiday for two. The location is the draw, has to be one of the prettiest villages on this coast. Do visit Pump House bakery - 5 mins walk from the cottage. Grab a coffee and pastry then wander the lanes - there are lots ! Then go in the other direction, and you're at the quay. Close to Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh. Do visit the village of Thorpeness, near Aldeburgh - has an antiques emporium, a lovely village green with pond and tea room, and fascinating historical houses. And a super walk through the woods.
Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden in a great location.
We had a fantastic weekend at Lismore Cottage. The cottage itself was well equipped and had great character. Extremely comfortable beds! Lovely location. And to top it all the owners went out of their way to return a left item of clothing which arrived washed and ironed!
