A lovely cottage in a prime location in the charming village/town of Orford. Lots to see and do from this property in a wonderful part of the country

Mrs H,

I would recommend this property to anyone. The cottage was so welcoming offering warmth ,a laid fire and spotlessly clean. It was in a wonderful location with a local store, a post office and The Crown hotel serving exceptionally tasty meals. Many places to visit: Sutton Hoo, The Red House and Snape Maltings to mention but a few.We will certainly visit again.

Mrs A,

A characterful cottage that provided a comfortable base from which to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pump Cottage.

Mr B,

A lovely cottage in a perfect location. Very comfy and well equipped. The garden is a bonus-very private and a perfect place to relax after a day out.. This was our first time in Orford and we will definitely return.

Miss U,

Lovely cottage, beautifully presented. The bottle of wine and cake was a really nice touch. Fantastic location with a short walk to the quay and to the shops. It was great to be so close to the castle, and our dog loved running around it. There were also lots of footpaths to use for morning walks with our dog. The information pack at the property was very helpful.

Mr P,

‘Our second New Year at pump Cottage – we love it here! Cottage is so well equipped and has little touches that make it special ....we have made good use of the log burner- so cosy’

Wonderful welcome pack and tasteful Xmas decorations- a very comfortable cottage in a perfect position.

Mrs Gail S

This was our third stay at Pump Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen which, although small, has everything you could need. The quality of the bedding and towels is also exceptionally good.
