Description

Tucked away in the idyllic village of Brandeston sits the totally adorable Tow Cottage.  Formerly The Old Wheelrights, this quirky pink cottage is steeped in history.  Lovingly restored and retaining many of its original features this one bedroomed part-thatched property with vintage styling is the perfect location for couples looking to enjoy rural Suffolk.  Only a short drive to the bustling towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge with the beautiful heritage coast also close by, this really is an ideal place to escape to.

Despite being around 400 years old, Tow Cottage has a few modern benefits such as underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and even boasts a wood burner for you to enjoy cosy fireside evenings.  The bathroom / wet room is on the ground floor. The kitchen is compact, but the owners have made sure to provide guests with everything which they need to eat in, or subject to availability, enjoy a home cooked meal by the homeowner, Sam.  There is also the fabulous Queen pub serving delicious food only a short walk away for those wishing to eat out.

Why we love this property: A cosy and quirky holiday home with luxury vintage interiors close to everything!

Notes: This is rural Suffolk, as such, the television signal can sometimes suffer from interference a little at times, depending on the weather and the mobile phone signal in the village is utterly terrible.
