The kitchen is the absolute highlight of this property, boasting all the essentials to cook up a beautiful feast and indulge around the dining table. Better yet, swing open the bifold doors and enjoy your meals on the patio area as you bask in the sunshine. This bolthole for six also boasts a very generous living area with comfortable seating for all, making this a great space to curl up in on the sofa to watch a movie, play a game of cards or read a good book. If you need a space to work, there is a handy desk perfectly positioned to look across the adjacent fields.
After a long day exploring and trying out the local pubs this is a beautifully tranquil spot where you can truly have a peaceful night’s sleep and recharge your batteries. Three wonderful bedrooms are available, with use of two lovely bathrooms. Each bedroom offers a relaxing environment all with beautiful views.

What we love most about this property: A perfect property at any time of year to explore the quaint and idyllic traditional towns and villages that the Wool Towns have to offer.

Kettlebaston is a small hamlet with a beautiful church at its heart. Just a short 10-minute drive away is the medieval village of Lavenham. It is often regarded as the food capital of Suffolk. It is a wonderful place to visit with great restaurants and local pubs plus a super variety of interesting shops and galleries. Lavenham is a destination within itself with such proximity to the beautiful landscape of Constable Country, the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds and within easy reach of the Suffolk coast.

Reviews

The house was brand new and very nice indeed, but there are a few snagging issues that need to be addressed, the locks on the bathroom doors locked them self shut and despite a maintenance man coming to unlock the door he never ever came back to fix it, (even after a week) we had no contact from the office, and so we unable to use the bath in the 2nd bathroom on the second week. When the taps are turned on fully in the bathrooms, they flood the floor, so the pressure needs to be adjusted, or it can cause water spillage and slips. The pillows on the bed are far too hard and thick and uncomfortable so we had to go out and buy new ones. The towels were brand new and had not been washed and tumble dried to take out any loose fibres, so every time you tried to dry yourself you were covered in fluff. But despite these minor snagging issues, the house is beautiful, the area very quiet and peaceful and the house has everything you could wish for, including off road parking a nice garden and lovely views and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
