Kids will also love whiling away the hours in the games room with its table football, pool table, and table tennis while younger ones can safely play on the swings and slide in the outdoor play park.
For nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, Wattisham is a fantastic spot. Soak up the surrounding landscape with its hills and farmland or enjoy spotting wildlife in the moat. Children will also love the neighbouring alpaca farm where they can get up close to more than 50 alpacas and even take one for a morning stroll. Also worth a visit is Wattisham Airfield Museum (3 miles) with its selection of vintage aircraft and the medieval village of Lavenham (9.5 miles). Be sure to stroll through Lavenham Woodland, with its butterflies and birds, and afterwards stop for a meal at one of the excellent fine-dining restaurants.
