Reviews

Third time staying here. Excellent property and helpful and pleasant owners

Past Customer,

Fantastic accommodation - Stable Cottage has everything you need. The accommodation is very spacious, it has lovely decor and most importantly it has been looked after and is very clean. I would highly recommend.

Past Customer,

Superbly equipped and maintained. There were lots of useful information about local attractions and facilities. The cottage was warm, comfortable and very peacefully situated. An ideal retreat for two people. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Past Customer,

A well presented, cosy cottage with everything you needed for a perfect stay ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed with our one-year-old and found it to be a great place in a great, central location. From there we visited family in Cambridge and friends in Norfolk and still had time to explore more locally, such as the picturesque village of Lavenham. The cottage was well-kept and spotlessly clean and had all the amenities for a perfect stay. There were also memorable little touches such as a delicious Suffolk cake and a teddy bear left for our daughter to play with.

Past Customer,

Absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly want catered for. Lovely owner who introduced herself and said to contact her anytime if anything required.

Mrs G Hewitt,

Stable Cottage was perfect and Sue was very helpful and welcoming. The area was perfect for cycling with lots of quiet lanes and beautiful villages. We would recommend this property to any friends or family.

Mr Michael Wilson,

Tostock in Suffolk is an excellent location for visiting Duxford for the museum or Airshows, Lavenham for its historic buildings, Bury St. Edmunds for shopping and Southwold on the east coast for beach/ seaside pier.

Mrs Linda Sykes,

Stable cottage is an absolute delight. Sue and Terry have thought of everything and the little extras - like cake and chocs on arrival just made it perfect. Five stars. Great spacious accommodation for two.

Jane Thornton,

Great layout for the two of us and we think we are likely to pay a return visit

David Watson,

One of the best s/ c properties we have ever stayed in. Sue had thought of everything and had thoughtfully provided all you could possibly need. She was on hand if needed, but thoroughly unobtrusive. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much.

Mr Graham Stephens,

This was an excellent property to stay in for the type of holiday we wanted. It was within easy reach of a number of gardens, abbeys and villages/towns we wanted to see.

J Edwards,

“Such wonderful hosts in an idyllic tranquil setting that I extended my stay here. I couldn’t ask for anything more....best Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you to Sue and Terry and the girls at Suffolk Secrets.”

Simon Ward,

Really nice spacious accommodation, as good as you're likely to get for a couple, and such nice hosts.

Michael Wiseman,

Exactly as advertised, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Angela Reilly,

Our third visit to this property. This property is of the highest standard we have encountered in several years of cottage holidays.
