This gorgeous cottage has all the character and appeal of a charming countryside getaway with its inglenook fireplace fitted with roaring wood burner in the cosy sitting room and the exposed timber beams throughout. The kitchen has everything you could possibly desire for any budding chef to create some delicious treats and enjoy all together around the dining table. Its also a great social space to all come together, to play games and have some fun. In the warmer weather, swing open the French doors and revel in the lovely garden where you can hear the church bells chime and watch the birds dancing in the sky.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with accommodation for up to 5 guests. The main bedroom boasts all the attraction with a stunning arched feature window with views of the garden and the church tower peaking over the tops of the trees. The second and third bedrooms have three single beds between them offering a great place for children and all have use of the large family bathroom which is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower.

Pulham St Mary is a rural village sandwiched between the Suffolk and Norfolk borders close by to the more populated towns of Pulham Market, Harleston, and Diss. Pulham St Mary boasts a beautiful church, local convenience and post office store, pub and community centre known as The Pennoyer, which hosts cinema evenings, quiz nights and even has a little café to enjoy a coffee and cake. The village has a great network of public footpaths too.
