Situated in its own private garden, with a hand built willow fence providing optimum seclusion, you will enjoy uninterrupted views of the meadows and fields around it.

The Shepherd's Hut was hand built to the owner's high specification by local craftsmen with attention to detail and skill. High quality fixtures and furnishings have been carefully selected to create a warm and homely feel in this very different and attractive accommodation

Bedroom and Bathroom
At one end of the Shepherd's Hut there is a double bed made up with soft Egyptian cotton linen and views from the window to the surrounding countryside. There is a flat screen TV and a shelf where you will find books, playing cards and other games for your enjoyment. There is ample storage space under the bed
The neatly positioned Shower room has a thermostatic shower, full WC and hand basin finished to a high standard. Complimentary toiletries and soft cotton towels are also provided.

Cooking and Living
The compact, intelligently designed cooking area of the Shepherd's Hut includes a hand built traditional style kitchen using reclaimed oak from French railways creating the work surfaces. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, induction hob, combination microwave, fridge, butler sink, and enough storage, cutlery and crockery for your stay.
There is a seating area with two chairs and a table where you can relax, eat, read a book, play a game or just admire the view and the big Suffolk skies. The real triumph is the wood burning stove that creates a homely and authentic ambience.
If you are looking for total peace, relaxation or a romantic stay, then the Shepherd's Hut is ideal
The property enjoys French doors with steps leading you down into the private garden

Outside

Willow fencing creates a private garden and a pretty gravel path takes you to two dedicated parking spaces. There is a seating area outside the Shepherd's hut with teak garden furniture, a barbeque and fire pit. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with a hammock in which to enjoy total relaxation. The only noise to interrupt your peace will be the birds, and in the evenings you can enjoy the magic of star gazing with no street lights to spoil the experience
At one end of the Shepherd's Hut there is an awning, providing an area to sit in the shade and additional storage space if required

Practicalities
The property boasts a flat screen TV, wireless speaker, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The pretty village of Peasenhall is in easy walking distance which has a very well equipped shop, post office, Emmett's the renowned delicatessen and cafe, traditional butchers and a tea room. The popular Sibton White Horse pub is just a five-minute walk along a footpath leading from the farm. For keen walkers and cyclists there are plenty of footpaths and country lanes in which to explore the local area.
As you enter the Shepherds Hut you will find a selection of local delicacies to welcome you and help you get settled in. In addition to the standard tea, coffee and milk, there will be fresh eggs from the hens on the farm, a homemade cake, jam and marmalade and a bottle of wine or prosecco chilling in the fridge. The wood burner will be laid and ready to light along with a complimentary basket of wood.

The Heritage coast, with the popular coastal centres of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh are all in easy driving distance. For nature lovers there is RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and Westleton Heaths. There are several historic market towns to also visit, such as Woodbridge, Framlingham and Beccles.
